Lender Requirements
As participants in the Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP), all partners have requirements they must meet for the administration of the program. For lenders, these requirements include proper procedures for collections, claims processing, and data reporting. The Lender Requirements section provides you with the information and resources you will need to manage your student loan portfolio within the guidelines of FFELP. In addition, it can be used as a valuable training tool for new or experienced staff.
